Raphael Peleg - Professional Guide
1981: I was born in Brussels, Belgium. My family and I lived between Israel and Belgium until finally settling down in Israel (1996, I was 15 years old).

1999: I was recruited for my obligatory military service where I became a field medic in the IDF's artillery's unit.
2003: after finishing my military service, I began working as a field medic for local tourist groups. I also completed a diving course (2 stars- 40 meters depth).

2005: Two years later I stepped forward to become a tour leader and a monitor for youth groups from abroad.
​
2007: I finished my studies at Haifa's university and became a tour guide licensed by the Ministry of Tourism mainly working with the Jewish agency and the "Birthright" association (groups from Europe)

2009: I relocated to Rome for one year to manage vacation apartments (casa vacanza) and discover the rich history of this magnificent city.
​
2010: Came back to Israel and started guiding again. that year I guided the French football team "Olympique de Lyon" and it's chairman Jean-Michel Aulas.
​
2011: I moved to Jerusalem and started working behind the scenes with a local travel agency planning and executing multiple educational and touristic programs for guests from abroad.
2012: The outdoors called me back and since I am a full time guide.

2015: I took a course to become a professionally licensed touristic driver through the Ministry of Transportation. I guide and drive up to 4 private guests with my professional touristic car and up to 15 guests in a small couch.
​
2020: During the corona lockdown I studied to become a football trainer for the Israeli's football association (kids till the age of 16).
​
2021: I started training youth football teams ( 9 year old girls and 10 year old boys) in the football academy of "Hapoel Tel-Aviv".
